Art Market brings artists, artisans, crafters, makers, bakers, and more into the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art for a weekend of handmade art, wearables, and specialty foods.
Get a jump on holiday shopping or treat yourself to something special as you explore vendors across the Museum’s three floors. Spend the day sipping cider, perusing specialty wares, and listening to live music by local artists.

B.Denae Artistry
I create and sell original, acrylic, abstract portraits. My art is colorful, soulful, vibrant, and highlights African American beauty. Additionally, I will be selling frameable poster prints of my art that I get professionally photographed and printed, along with art stickers and keychains.

Bloodletter Stained Glass
Katy’s inspiration for stained glass comes from a variety of places, from vintage ashtrays to dark lore to religious iconography. She’s influenced by other arts and crafts she’s done over the years, and enjoys putting a modern twist on a traditional medium.

Bloomcroft
Preserved botanical works, cloched specimens, and framed pressings, composed from heirloom blooms I grow from seed, harvest at peak, and dry or press by hand. Each piece is one of a kind or part of a small edition, made from archival materials to be kept rather than consumed.

I offer my colorful farmers market photos as canvass prints and as kitchen magnets. I also create framed kitchen collages by upcycling vintage cookbooks. As a recently retired chef, I also present original recipe baked goods featuring Wisconsin ingredients like Double Cherry Hazelnut Loves and Maple Shortbread.

Geoff Paints Stuff
Geoff Staub is a painter based in Madison, Wisconsin, who creates art centered around themes of love, LGBTQIA+ Pride, Deaf Culture, global culture, social issues, addiction and recovery, oppression, human rights, and American Sign Language (ASL). His vibrant paintings utilize bold colors and diverse techniques for blending and applying paint to canvas, particularly emphasizing the role of ASL.

Green Goodies LLC
Fill your home with art that brings you joy! GG is a local artist whose work focuses on companionship, community connection and collaborative play through portraiture and vibrant local landscapes.

Groovy Flower Art
Pottery pieces varies of vases, cups, plant pots, bowls, containers, and other decor. I also make jewelry specifically earrings and necklaces. Pendants that are used for necklaces and some earrings are made out of ceramic and paint illustrations on them. I also create beaded flowers using seedbeads to create the flowers. I also have some accessories such as keychains.

Hinoki Florals and Gifts
I create colorful pressed floral art with flowers that I grow and gather within 50 miles of Madison. I also turn the herbariums, collages, and cyanotypes I create into art prints, stationery, bags, and coasters.

Jennifer Angelo
Jennifer Angelo transforms wool into bold, contemporary works of art—wall pieces, sculptural vessels, and small 30-D felted objects that feel alive with movement. Her practice blends ancient felting traditions with a modern design sensibility, using texture, saturated color, and tactile depth. Each piece becomes a study in how natural fibers can be coaxed, layered, and sculpted into something unexpected: art that invites touch, curiosity, and connection.

Jennifer Schaller Art
My style is reminiscent of fairy tale/children’s storybook art, with themes surrounding animals, nature, nostalgia, and surrealism. I utilize colored pencil, acrylic paint, and water color on paper and canvas to create original works, prints, stickers, and magnets. I also paint on canvas paper and glue that into charms to create wearable works of art in the form of necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings.

Jenny Blasen Pottery
When creating my functional pottery I take inspiration from everyday objects. I craft each piece by hand using different textures and rich fluid colors to create elevated, useful pieces. My pots are thoughtfully considered for their intended uses. I will be bringing Wisco and Madison themed pottery, berry bowls, pasta bowls, spoon rests, large trays, lidded jars, mugs, ornaments

Joy Lab Ceramics
Joy Lab Ceramics produces functional ceramic wares with a vibrant flare. Each piece is crafted in Madison, WI by local artist Wendee Gardner. To develop her one-of-kind designs, Wendee uses a variety of handmade resists and lively glazes in a kaleidoscope of colors. Wendee is a proud member of the Stockbridge-Munsee band of Mohican Indians and incorporates natural beauty, beadwork, and the concept of balance in her work. Through her bold designs, Wendee seeks to integrate traditional design elements and contemporary materials, connect to her those that came before her, and inspire colorful living.

Julia H Studios
Using just heavy body acrylic paint and experimental artistic tools, I create brightly colored, incredibly detailed 3D paint florals on wood, canvas, and magnets. Some florals are fantastical, while others are incredibly realistic, allowing each person to find a special piece that speaks to them. These 3D works of art will make you want to reach out and touch the flowers!

Kaiah Belly
Kaiah Belly is a creative duo based in Racine, WI. Their work centers on colorful illustrations, printmaking, and stationery featuring their original artwork. They produce most of their products in their home studio using a variety of printmaking techniques, including screen printing, linocut, and riso printing.

I will be selling original collage and mixed media artwork, ranging from smaller abstract compositions to larger one-of-a-kind works. I work with painted and found source materials, including magazine and book pages, paper, and acrylic paint, recontextualizing fragments through collage, layering, and intuitive composition.

Laura Williams
My work explores material, process, narrative and play. I am a ceramic artist and educator currently traveling to teach workshops and exhibit in fairs.

Lilac Moth Studio
I make small fantasy creatures out of polymer clay. Each one is hand sculpted by me, so no two are exactly the same. On average they are 1.5”-2” tall and wide. Some of them are painted, or carry real stones. I also make colorful beaded bracelets and earrings. Bracelets are stretchy for an easy and comfortable fit.

Michael Cooperman
Patton drive creates functional wooden objects using locally sourced salvaged lumber. Spoons, charcuterie boards and brushes are hand carved. Vases and bowls are hand carved at high speed on a lathe. A slow mindful approach to woodworking that focuses on celebrating and honoring the material at hand.

I create whimsical pottery and paintings. A selections of my pottery consists of wheel thrown and hand built duck mugs and espresso cups, birch mugs and shot glasses, toad mugs, duck pond trinket dishes and mushroom tree bark mugs. My acrylic paintings are botanical/mushroom/woodland creature themed and I paint directly onto wood slices with hanging fixtures.
