Kids' Area

Kids are front and center at Art Fair on the Square’s Kids' Area, located at the King Street corner of the Capitol Square. Games, contests, and art projects galore include:

• Art Project Tent featuring make-your-own picture frames and art fair coloring sheets
• Face painting
• Hula Hoop contests
• Toddler area featuring a rubber duck pond and parachute play
• Inflatable bouncer provided by Bounce U

Instrument petting zoo

On Saturday, July 10, Wisconsin Public Radio hosted an Instrument Petting Zoo, featuring members of the Wisconsin Youth Symphony and WPR Classical Music hosts in a hands-on activity that introduced children, both young and old, to musical instruments. Children of all ages were invited to see, touch, hear, and play the instruments under the tutelage of Wisconsin Youth Symphony protégés.
